The treatment rates are in accordance to agreements with the relevant Dutch health insurer. See your policy for more information. If you do not have a Dutch insurance or are not covered for physiotherapy then the rates listed below will apply as of 1 January 2019. Unless otherwise stated, the rates apply for 30 minutes.

*Payment is due 14 day after invoicing (please see the payment agreement).
We have contracts for physiotherapy with all Dutch health insurers. If you are covered, the treatment will be paid by the health insurer. Check your policy accordingly. During the first session, we will check your insurance information and can see how many treatments will be reimbursed. It is important to indicate whether you have been undergoing treatment for physiotherapy elsewhere in the current calendar year. If you do not have supplementary insurance (aanvullend) with a Dutch insurer, you will personally be invoiced at the end of the month. In case of uncertainty we can help you.
Our practice participates in the KNGF complaints scheme. Upon request, you can receive a copy of the rules that apply. If you have a complaint, inform your therapist first. If you have any questions or want to make use of the arrangement, please refer to the complaint folder.
